You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by jili.ph as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. 5.4 jili.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.
6.1 All games available on the jili.ph platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any other external factor.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, jili.ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jili.ph is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated from a malfunctioning game round.

9.3 jili.ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent jili.ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
14.1 jili.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jili.ph will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.
14.2 The updated Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after the date of notification, unless a shorter period is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the jili.ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
